JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Server to join our energetic and passionate team. As a Server, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests—whether they’re dining in or ordering to-go. You’ll be responsible for managing your section with care and efficiency, taking and delivering orders promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Take food and beverage orders accurately for both dine-in and takeout customers.
Deliver drinks and food promptly and ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented section at all times.
Run food to your tables as well as assist teammates with their deliveries.
Handle customer payments, issue receipts, and provide change as needed.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs and concerns with professionalism and care.
Assist with side work and cleaning duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a restaurant server in a fast-paced, full-service setting.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
Ability to quickly learn and recall menu ingredients and daily specials.
Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry food trays.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others as needed.
